Heart of Gaia is ALL Virtual through Spring 2021
Step into the life of Elizabeth, a young woman (maiden) in the late 16th Century Great Britain.
Into the Forest- A Maiden's Journey, is the first in the Trilogy of the Goddess series, told in historical, mystical fiction with a twist of supernatural, spiritual interlude. The story is age old and needed now more than ever as our planet awakens to the Divine Feminine power of healing, nurturing, forgiveness, liberation and re-birth in the aftermath of great revolution and evolution.
Elizabeth lives the life of royal heritage in a day and age when peasants, pagans, witches and women of great healing power were murdered as to keep the power in the hands of the religions and the royals.
Elizabeth has a deep longing and it pulls her into The Forest where she discovers the secrets and magic of Goddess worshippers.
What awaits her changes the course of her destiny and the destiny of all those to come.
This novel was written during a time when I was going through a devastating divorce, and the only way I was able to walk the path through and create anew, keeping myself and my children safe was to awaken to the divine feminine within. The images of lifetimes past kept flooding into my meditation time and the spirits of Elizabeth, her brother Henry, father Gregory and the Women of the Forest played out scenarios that I knew had happened in a long ago place and time.
It will instill in the reader, a way through whatsoever is needed as well as the deep knowing of your own divine destiny.
Into the Forest ~A Maiden's Journey
by Mary D'Agostino
This book is a tribute to my son, and to all parent's who have lost children. I am sharing what worked for me and what did not through the grieving process, how I stay connected with my son and how it is even possible to heal from the worse tragedy ever.
Death comes. Grief is a sacred place where you are held in the arms of Love. Healing does occur. Moving on does not. Walking forward does. It is a careful dance, and then the re-birthing occurs. Re-birth in the sense that there is hope, light, and a renewed sense of connection. Healing is possible. We will never forget our children who no longer live with us, yet we will always remember them and keep them alive in our hearts, minds and everyday life.
An avid writer since age 10, I have compiled pages and pages of writing through the days, months and now years since my son Brandon was killed in a car accident in January 2017.
An avid self-care teacher, spiritual counselor, energy healer, seeker, educator and soul traveler, I was led to share my experiences through death, bereavement, grief, healing and re-birth within the pages of this book.
My hope is that in sharing, you may find a bit of solace, hope and healing through your most sacred process of loss and grief.
This book is a tribute to all parents who walk the path of the grieving heart. I have learned, implemented and continue to heal in practical ways through the unimaginable. I have learned first hand that our spirit never dies, but continues on. I have had countless experiences that have me know beyond a doubt my son is still with me and those he loves on this Earth. I have walked through the holy fires of death, and held ritual for the passing of my son. I have become an advocate for changing the ways our society views death and mostly deals with the bereaved. I have met angels on my path who have dedicated their lives to the healing of those who have lost loved ones too soon.
This book is a healing for you who have lost a child. Each of your journey's are unique. Each of you will mourn and grieve in your own time and in your own way. If I can hold out a hand to you or offer a comforting word or two, I shall.
