Heart of Gaia offers Reiki Levels 1, 2 and Reiki Master/Teacher Trainings. All levels are facilitated by Mary D'Agostino CRMT/P.  With over 17 years of experience, Mary invites you into Sacred Space to receive and learn the Usui Method of Natural Healing, or Reiki as it is commonly called today. 

Mary has extensive experience in both teaching and practicing in the field of energetic medicine, teaching and attuning over 200 students and giving well over 2000 Reiki Treatments. 

Reiki is a fluid and organic healing art and the more you practice, the more the more potent the life force energy becomes and the more adept a healer you will be. 

"Each student, each class and each session is an opportunity to open to the life force energy and embolden change in a positive, compassionate way." 

Trainings are offered in two formats; small group, with no more than 10 students or private 1:1 Teacher, student.

Each format includes the same materials. You will receive two workbooks per level, as well as lecture and experiential training. 

Learning Reiki has many benefits. You will experience an awakening of your own life force (ki) which will bring about deeper healing of any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual maladies. Your system will become more highly attuned, or sensitive to the energies of places, people and experiences. To create a life of positive support, you must realize what does and does not support you. Learning Reiki helps you to discern and determine what is and is not best for you. It strengthens your light and allows you to be a force for good in the world, simply by being present. It is a way to help humanity and the planet. It is a powerful addition to your life, whether or not you will ever use it as a practitioner and it is a viable and well received career path. If you are considering becoming a practitioner, you most likely have already had a positive experience with Reiki as a healing modality.

Learning the healing art will put you on a path of enhancing your own energy. It will promote well being in every area of your life.

You may want to learn Reiki just for yourself, friends, family, and animal companions. Mary has taught the healing art to people from all walks of life. Learning Reiki and receiving the  attunements (empowerments), has helped her students, to be better parents, teachers, artists, writers, and musicians, and all around human beings. Reiki is used in every day life as a tool to assist with relaxation, meditation, overall well being. 

You may feel called to become a practitioner of Reiki or add it to what you currently offer. Reiki is a complement to any form of healing work both medical model based and holistic. It is an excellent companion to massage, acupuncture, reflexology, cranio-sacral, and other such healing modalities.

Reiki is currently being administered as a complementary medicine modality for cancer treatment, surgery support, labor and delivery and mental/emotional support.

Energy Medicine (Reiki) is helpful and supportive to any spiritual, emotional, mental or physical wellness program.

Reiki opens up your natural intuitive abilities. It supports your inner wisdom, and can greatly enhance your abilities to "see and know".

Mary has trained doula's, midwives, medical doctors, clinical therapists, and other classically trained medical personnel.
Mary has trained many who continue on to become Reiki Practitioners, massage therapists, cranio-sacral therapist, and mental health professionals.
