You were born with a complete operating system of natural knowing. Your body is a finely tuned system. It includes many miraculous systems in its entirety. There has been a resurgence of humans  who have come to earth at this time to awaken our natural knowing and use it to flourish. You are one of these inspired humans.

To awaken your system of knowing is to be-come your authentic self. 

You are called to this program if you read that and know you were born a bit different than others, and maybe felt that you did not belong. Along with this knowing that you were different though, was a deeper knowing that you were to discover what being different meant. There was no way you could go around or avoid what your soul in body came here to remember.

You were not to shy away from that which came naturally to you. Your deep longing for connections with other humans, animals, the earth, dreams, imagination, places, and times beyond this one that your body was having a human experience in. Maybe you felt you belonged in another century or time beyond this one, but you also wanted to find whatever you were looking for right here and now.

Mary will hold sacred space for a small group of women ready to embark upon deeper intimacy with self.  Awakening your  natural knowing. Learning as you awaken is a coming home to self. It is rich and fertile ground upon which you will experience joy and connection.

Reiki - the Usui Method of natural healing is a way to open your energy body, to remember you are energy. Being attuned to the Rei-Ki is something wise women have been doing for centuries. 

Aligning with Moon Cycles- Connecting your own natural rhythms to the rhythms of Gaia  is a sure way to remember how potent your body/mind/soul connection is. It awakens in you the natural knowing. Mary offers Moon Reports and Astrology Readings to help you connect your earth life with the cosmic blueprint of your soul.
