You were born with a complete operating system of natural knowing. Your body is a finely tuned system. It includes many miraculous systems in its entirety. here has been a resurgence of humans who have come to earth at this time to awaken our natural knowing and use it to flourish. You are one of these inspired humans.
To awaken your system of knowing is to be-come your authentic self. Living as your authentic self will naturally call you to learn, explore, discover and implement your intuition. In ways that benefit your life and the life of others.
You are called to this program if you read that and know you were born a bit different than others, and maybe felt that you did not belong. Along with this knowing that you were different though, was a deeper knowing that you were to discover what being different meant. There is no way you could avoid what your soul in body came here to remember. Most likely you had experiences and challenges that awakened you. So you could survive and make sense. Now it is time to use the awakened you to thrive and live a life true to your heart and soul. A sacredly inspired life.
You were not to shy away from that which came naturally to you. Your deep longing for connections with other humans, animals, the earth, dreams, imagination, places, and times beyond this one have led you here. You are indeed a spiritual being having a human experience. How do you live fully engaged with all your senses? How do you hone skills that help you make more sense of the world, your thoughts, feelings and inner nudges?
Mary will hold sacred space for a small group of you who are ready to embark upon deeper intimacy with self by studying intuition, learning techniques and remembering how to use your natural knowing.
Learning as you awaken is a coming home to self. It is rich and fertile ground upon which you will experience joy and connection.

Reiki Level 1
Reiki - the Usui Method of natural healing is a way to open your energy body, to remember you are energy. Being attuned to the Rei-Ki will indeed jumpstart your intuition and give you a container of understanding in which to learn more. Mary teaches all levels of Reiki.
Suggested but not required:
Personalized Guided Meditation
To get you ready to learn, Mary creates a special meditation - 5 minutes for you to connect and align with your inner knowing or wise self. Getting in the habit of doing so each day will benefit your learning greatly.
Moon Cycle Report: A potent way to jumpstart your intuition. Aligning with Moon Cycles- Connecting your own natural rhythms to the rhythms of Gaia (the natural world) is a sure way to remember how potent your body/mind/soul connection is. It awakens in you the natural knowing. Start with a Moon Report or a Moon Meditation and see how connecting with the New and Full Moon will assist you in developing your Intuitive Knowing. Receive a mantra and ritual to use all month.

Tuition for group Reiki 1 Training $325
For those interested in continuing studies with Mary or learning Reiki for personal growth and well-being.
All students start with level 1 training. In level 1, you will learn the history of Reiki, an overview of the energy system, how to channel the energy and how to give Reiki to yourself, family, friends and animal companions. You will receive a level 1 Attunement which will enhance your own health and well being as well as open up your own internal healing guidance system in support of your essence and soul purpose.
Learning Reiki is experiential and each student will complete level 1 with a full understanding of how the energy presents to them. Be prepared to be awakened to your own healing gifts!
This training is one full day. Reiki 1 includes Manual and Certificate.
Prerequisite is at least one session with Mary and intake conversation.

Reiki Level 2 Certification Training
Group Class
For those wanting more experience with the Reiki energy or if you wish to become a Reiki Practitioner. Level 2 is a deeper understanding of the energy system, specifically the chakra system. You will receive three Reiki symbols and learn how to give a distance healing session. Reiki symbols enhance the intention and flow of the Reiki energy and allow you to take the practice to a deeper level. Discussion, practicum, lecture and hands on work are included. Attunement to Reiki 2. Level 2 Certification gives you Reiki Practitioner status.
Pre-requisite: completion of Level 1. Ongoing understanding and implementation of Reiki practices.
Time: Full day training 10am-6pm 8 hour course with additional practice
Reiki 2 includes two follow up Practice Sessions within three months of the conclusion of the training.

Reiki Master Certification Training
Becoming a Reiki Master is a completion of the Reiki Trainings and the beginning of a life long commitment to live in alignment with Source energy. The course consists of a review of Levels 1 and 2, advanced energy healing techniques, lecture, practicum and intuitive development. Reiki Master Certification Training is an advanced degree that will allow you to attune others. You will receive the last symbol and the Reiki Master attunement with instructions on how to attune others.
Pre-requisite for Reiki Master Training: Level 1 and 2 training, an advanced understanding of the energy body, and preferably one year of practitioner work.
Times: 2 day training Day 1 10am -6pm Day 2 10 am - 2 pm

Tuition Reiki Master Private 1:1 Training 1 day $555

Reiki Teacher Training
Mary offers a unique one day training for her Reiki Master Level Students to study the art of teaching Reiki Levels 1 and 2 and Master Level. This includes in-depth attunement application techniques, class planning, deeper understanding of how and when to teach and give Reiki. This class is for anyone interested in teaching Reiki either in groups or individually.
Prerequisites: Completed levels 1, 2 and Reiki Master

One day training 10 am-6 pm
Reiki Master Teacher Training includes manual and 1 follow up Q and A.
